Community Cats of Owosso

Community Cats of Owosso is dedicated to improving the lives on cats in Shiawassee county and surrounding areas. Since 2014, we have been working to provide shelter and vetting services for community cat colonies in our areas. While CCoO is not a rescue, we have a network of fosters who provide topnotch care to the cats we commit to caring for until they are available for adoption.
